Electronic resource management in a post-Plan S world

cOAlition S and research funding policies mean open access content is no longer a ‘trend’ but rather another consideration of management for librarians libraries. In 2018, the authors this article launched new version TERMS (Techniques Electronic Resources Management). 2.0 envisages post-Plan e-resources life cycle blending management. This outlines how can dovetail into current e-resource tactics across six TERMS: Investigation material, procurement licensing content, implementation, troubleshooting problems, evaluation preservation, sustainability concerns. Lastly, we reflect on themes growing in libraries regard to online resources.
